Our New Skill to Master

  We are leaving this post from earlier in the year to give parents an idea of what they will find when our program begins after Labor Day.

This week our new skill to master is rolling out snakes with playdoh and making playdoh balls.  Although this skill may seem unimportant, developing small motor skills early is vital to such things as hand writing, cutting with scissors, buttoning and zipping clothes, and working puzzles.  We will continue to add fun ways for your toddler to strengthen his or her fine motor skills throughout the school year.  You will see that our tasks will become more difficult as the classroom progresses.
